If the water level is between these lines, do not add water. If it is less than minus, you need to add more water. You make sure you do not cross the MAX line.

Water expands when used and therefore requires extra space. The second thing to check is the water quality. Just look at the colour. used correctly will be clear with an amber or pink colour. If it looks very dark or black, your water is contaminated with rubber. This usually comes from close range and from seals. If your water is very dirty, you should clean and change it.
